BQ28Z620: Regarding PF Status registers

Hi,

Currently I am working with BQ28Z620R1, my question is do I have configure(Enable/Disable) the bits in the PF Status - Device status Data registers  (Ex. VOK , REST ... bit etc in the IT Status as in the image) or this will be done automatically by the IC during any change in the state of these bits?
