I hope TI recommand Boost controller below conditions

type: no isolation type(or possible isolation type)

boost switching freq: lower freq 30kHz ~higher no limit

Vin(dc): 60Vdc min ~ 311Vdc max

Vout(dc): 500Vdc

boost duty: no limit(i hope below 95% or designed circuit below 95%)

Power device: no limit(Si SiC Gan FRD Anything)

Pout: 400Wmax(60Vdc/500Vdc) ~ 2600Wmax(311Vdc/500Vdc)

function1: boost en/dis(on/off) < i will control it with gpio of mcu(ex c2000)

function2: automotive

function3: use external isolation or high power gate driver + power device SiC(~1200V) or GaN(~650V)

Thanks for using E2E.

LM5155 would be possible, but cannot go lower than 100kHz in switching frequency.

Maybe a PFC controller like UCC28180 is a more suitable solution.

I will forward this thread to the appropriate product line.

Thanks your reply.

if i used ccm mode , i check UCC28180.

other dcm mode , i will check LM5155.

I can design both circuit between CCM and DCM.

I will wait for other opinions as well. Thank you for the reply.
