TPS63806: Undervoltage Lockout triggers at 3 V when enabling the device

Hi,

my TPS63806 design doesn´t work in boost mode when enabling the converter with a voltage of less than 4.4 V. I have to activate the converter with a voltage > 4.4 V before I can use the chip in boost mode by reducing the input voltage.

What is the reason for this issue?

    Hi Daniel,

    This behavior should not happen. It may because UVLO_off triggered again and again in your application.

    Then, please short your cable from power supply to converter as short as possible and redo this test again. If you have an oscilloscope, please help to capture the input voltage to confirm.
