May I know why the TPS2000C UL and datasheet temperature is different?

UL only test in -30C to 70C? thanks!

Hello Jeff,

The -40 to 125C is the device's operating junction temperature range.

The -40 to 85C is the device's ambient temperature range (shown on the first page of the datasheet).

The -30 to 70C is the device's shipping and storage temperature range.

Hi Seong,

Please see below UL E169910 document, it shows "Temp Range" seems not shipping and storage temperature range.

We want to clarify why UL certificate temp range is different with TPS2000C operating junction temperature range. thanks!
