In the related thread it is written that LMR51440 spice model was in development.

I know that the LMR51450 is included in WEBENCH, but not the LMR51440.

Will TI release a spice model in the nearby future?

Hello,

Please use the higher current model for now. It should reasonably represent the LMR51440 device when configured for 4A of load. The Quickstart calculator found on the product web page can also be used to help with the design.: https://www.ti.com/product/LMR51440

The development of the 4A model has been put on hold and we do not have a forecast for when it will be available.
