BQ28Z620: Regarding CTO, PTO AND SoH values

Hello,

Currently I am working with BQ28Z620 and I need some help in setting up the values in data memory for PTO and CTO (Protections) as shown in the image below. Can someone explain how to choose this values and on what basis these values must be configured, is it based on the Cell specs or are they dependent on the Charger capabilities. I am working with 1S18650 Li-ion Battery

My second question is regarding the SoH values in the Gas Gauging. How to choose this values and what is the purpose and how it function? And

    Hello Jaya,

    The values are dependent on the charger. What current are you using for pre-charge, and what current are you using for fast charge mode?

    This is an example for setting PTO delay time: e2e.ti.com/.../bq28z610-pto-value

    SOH load rate should be set to the max current used in your application. SOH Taper current and charge voltage is based on the charge configuration.
