TPSI2140-Q1: difference with PTPSI2140TQDWQR

Our customer wants to understand the difference between PTPSI2140TQDWQR and TPSI2140QDWQRQ1 to see if there is any impact caused by part changes in the same circuitry.

Please explain those differences and impact if any.

    Thank you for reaching out to our team using E2E. 

    Currently the only orderable part number for TPSI2140 is TPSI2140QDWQRQ1.

    The suffix of Q1 means the part is automotive rated. This rating does not effect the pinout or any external circuitry.

    Hi,

    I believe there is a typo in the part number as we have never sampled or released a PTPSI2140TQDWQR device.

    We have sampled prototype PTPSI2140QDWQRQ1 material to customers and now the production (full AEC-Q100 grade release) of that device is TPSI2140QDWQRQ1.

    To confirm, there is no difference in functionality. It is the same circuitry.

    If you can help correct any database which references the invalid part number that would be greatly appreciated.
