LM5146-Q1: Loss Calculation of FET when paralleling MOSFETs

Hello experts,

LM5146-Q1: Loss Calculation of FET when paralleling MOSFETs - Power management forum - Power management - TI E2E support forums

Based on the discussion above, I wrote the equations for parallel MOSFET case. To make the difference of equation between 1 MOSFET case and 2 MOSFETs case clear, I changed color with red in the diffrence.

Is this equation correct? I am confident in conduction, switching, gate drive and body diode conduction.

However, I am not confident in MOSFET output charge and body diode reverse recovery.

As for the diode reverse recovery, QRR2 should change with current, and if I place 2 MOSFETs at the low-side, they split the current and thus QRR2 is not constant. How can we inculde this effect?

As for the output charge, I could not figure out how this equation is derived. Could you explain it depper?

Below is a image of the parallel configuration

Below is equations for a non-parallel configuration

Thanks,

Kento
