Do we have device like INN3649C? Customer requirements are efficiency(>88%) and internal power FET to do high voltage start-up. Thanks in advance.

I do not think we have something to compete with that IC as it has many features integrated in it. You can check our Flyback controllers here (Flyback section), to see the closest we can get to INN3649C.

If you are asking for most efficient Flyback controllers, I recommend checking the QR (Quasi Resonant) Flyback section. UCC28704 and UCC28740 are good candidates.

Hi Manuel,

Customer need SSR control device due to a unstable output will burn the Fan, and the gate driver voltage should larger than 25V due to SiC MOS.

28740 is SSR but the gate driver voltage is not enough
28704 is PSR and the voltage is also not enough.

Do we have QR Flyback controller which can driver SiC MOS? Thanks.

-I am not aware of a flyback controller that can drive 25V in our folio as most of them have a driver clamp in the range of ~15V. What you can do is to use an extra driver that amplifies the driver signal from 12V to 25V.

Hi Manuel,

Got it. Currently, I suggested customer to use Dual-Tube QR Flyback topology, to avoid the voltage stress requirement from 750Vdc Bus. Maybe they will use 900V Si MOS, maybe they will still consider the 1200V SiC MOS, they don't decide it yet. And an extra UCC21550 is needed to achieve the 2-FETs driving. Any wrong please feel free to let me know.

There is a new opportunity for SR control, I promoted UCC24612, don't know whether UCC24610 will be more suitable, or whether this is a correct device here. Looking forward to your reply, thanks in advance.

BTW, UCC28C59 can support SiC MOS in memory.
