TPS61094: Need help for voltage setting

One of my customer need clarity on voltage setting.

Here are the observations, need clarity on these observations.

Test 1: When  Vin= 3.67V

                         Charging voltage= 3.6 V

                         Vout selection= 3.45 V.

 

Issue 1. Super capacitor charged up to 3.45 V only. Where the programmed voltage set as 3.6 V.

Issue 2. After the super capacitor charged 3.45V, then charging stopped and power delivered to the load from the super capacitor. 

 

Requirements: After Super capacitor charged to set voltage. TPS64094 should switch to bypass mode (Vout from Vin source battery).

 

 

Test 2: When  Vin= 3.67V

                         Charging voltage= 3.6 V

                         Vout selection= 3.5 V.

Same issues found as above.

Also want to know if Voltage setting can be done for any voltage or not? or these are fixed values only (16 values mentioned in tabel).

Up to what voltage  supercap can be charged if battery is 3.67V? Is it possible to charge the supercap up to 3.6V if vout is set as 3.5V? If not then what should be the setting considering VIN (battery) as 3.67V, Vout = 3.5V, what should be the Vcharge?

    Generally the super capacitors can be charged by the pre-set voltage, 3.6V and would not stop at 3.45V/3.5V.

    May I know the load current at VOUT? The large load current may cause the problem, due to the voltage drop (Iout*Rds_on_byp) between VIN and VOUT.

    Also want to know if Voltage setting can be done for any voltage or not? or these are fixed values only (16 values mentioned in tabel).

    TPS61094 can only support the voltage on Table 7-1, doesn't have more options.
