Hello,

I have a UCC21732 gate driver, and I want to test it with a full bridge invertor through a SiC MOSFET.

I am new to power electronics; can you share with me the circuit schematic(Pspice) of the full bridge invertor with the UCC21732 gate driver?
I need to understand every pin of the UCC21732 gate drive.

Hi Biruk,

I have a PSPICE for TI model for the UCC21750, which is a different version. I also have a TINA-TI version of this model.

It is hard to get these models working with a full bridge, but you can evaluate the pin functions with these models. Probably reading the datasheets is a good place to start, but I have put some simulation result images in the TINA-TI model.
