TPS82150: TPS82140/TPS82150 - inverting buck-bust input capacitors reference

Part Number: TPS82150
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TIDA-01405

Tool/software:

Hi,

I am designing an inverting buck-boost using the TPS82150 and I try to figure out if the input capacitors should be connected to -Vout or to GND.

Vin is 5V or 12V (I can select).

Vout is -4V and Iout is 200mA

in the datasheet Cin is connected to -Vout:

While in TIDA-01405 it is connected to GND:

So which one is correct? or should I put both? and if both, what is the recommended value of capacitance for each of them?

Also, in case I want to apply a RC delay on the EN pin, same question about the capacitor reference.

Thanks.
