LM5064: Address input lines

Part Number: LM5064

Tool/software:

The input electrical characteristics of the address lines are not well specified.

If I install both pull ups and pull downs on ea. of the ADDR inputs, the pins will sit about 50% of VDD (2.5V). Will this be the same as leaving them open? i.e., will the device address be $40?

  • Hello Marcello,

Operating voltage of ADRx pins is 0 to 6V.

The three address lines are to be set high (connect to VDD), low (connect to VEE), or open to select one of 27 addresses for communicating with the LM5064.

Please follow the above recommendation from datasheet to set address at ADRx

If you leave them all floating it will be 40h.

    Thanks

    Amrit
