Hello,

I noticed that the datasheet of the LM2937 is missing information about the 3.3V version. Does anybody have this information? I want to use this component in a new design.

    Hi Leon,

    I checked our data repositories and I don't see any of the 3.3-V data. It looks like the 3.3-V version was added to the datasheet right around the time of the National Semiconductor acquisition, and the data must not have made it over to our side. This is pretty common for legacy devices. The somewhat good news is that most of the EC specs for the 3.3-V version will be better than the 5-V version, so you may be able to use the 5-V data as a reference for the 3.3-V version.

    Alternatively, I could help steer you towards a device that's made on a newer process technology node that will likely be specified better and is likely to have better specs, if that would be of interest to you. If you are interested, please share some of the important specs for your application besides the output voltage (i.e. input voltage, max current, any key considerations such as PSRR and noise, or desired features).
