LM5036: Functional Safety FIT Rate, FMD and Pin FMA of LM5036

in my design, i have use two POWER-IC, is LM5036 and LM5164

I want to get the functional safety FIT rate,FMD and pin FMA, like  LM5164

But i can not find this document on TI website, how can I get this document?

    Hi ,

    You can find FIT rate and other quality/reliability information on TI's quality website here.

    Functional safety documents are usually for automotive devices, like LM5164-Q1. LM5036 is not an automotive grade device and therefore it does not have this FIT/FMD/pin FMA document available.
