Thank you so much for taking the additional measurement. Regarding the oscilloscope configuration, it seems like bandwidth limitation is enabled. 

Is this measurement result also applicable when bandwith limitation is disabled?

Thank you for the reply. If the bandwidth of the measurement result is limited by 20MHz, the noise above 20MHz isn't included in the measurement result, is this correct?
