Hi Chris,
In the table of "6.3.1 TPS25730D - Recommended Operating Conditions," only 65°C is mentioned for Ta on I_{PP_HV} ≤ 6A.
The industrial operating temperature we require is a maximum Ta of 85°C.
Does the TPS25730D comply with industrial operating temperatures?

Hi Yuan,

Thanks for the clarification. I checked with the team, and the TPS25730D will be fine at 85 C ambient with a max IPPHV of 3-A.

TJ_PPHV Recommended max = 150C

TA = 85

IPPHV = 3-A

R0JA = 57.4 C/W

RPPHV max @ 125 = 29 mOhm

TJ_PPHV = TA + IPPHV*IPPHV*RPPHV*R0jA

TJ_PPHV = 99.9 < TJPPHV = 150C
