Tool/software:
Customer seen boost voltage difference had been verified on TI EVM and no difference seen for return units and good unit.
It is observed impedance and boost waveforms are anomaly after re-solder the TI parts on the PCBA again.
We'd like ask TI FAE for technical communications to see if may related with specific application(including EEPROM) or need more test.
