Dear TI experts,
The problem I am currently encountering is that after the four-port POE network card is connected to the lower camera device, the POE chip probability cannot normally output POE power to the network card.
Among them,the POE chip is tps23861, the chip of the linear voltage regulator is tps7a4001.
After conducting ABA swaps,I find that there may be ESD or creepage problems with linear voltage regulator and voltage regulator diode at output.
Could you please leave a working email for further analysis of tps7a4001?
The project schedule is urgent and I am in urgent need of your technical support.
