I would like to confirm the maximum current sinks of TPS61181A.

The data sheet states "Six Current Sinks of 30 mA".

Is it correct to assume that the maximum current that can flow per IFB channel is 30 mA ?

What problems will occur if the current gets more than 30mA?

Hi,

Yes, the maximum current per IFB is 30mA. Larger current will have potential risk to damage the IFB pins.
