TPS7A49: Clock Buffer input

Tool/software:

Hi Team,

As per the above image we are feeding 12V from external and generating 6.5V. 

from 6.5V old circuit has P/N: TPS7A4901 and evaluation board has (P/N: TPS7A9401DSCR) to generate 2.5V.

can we use these regulators for Clock buffer (P/N: LMX1214), is there any specification to use for this clock buffer.
