Hi, i am using MC34063A IC for boost the battery voltage to 12v, 1.5A rating.

my specification is- 12v battery input,

12v output@1.5A current

so please suggest circuit with proper inductor value and feedback resistor?

Please have a look at this app note for how to calculate the external components: Application of the MC34063 Switching Regulator (Rev. B

For a ready to use circuit, I recommend using our reference design area: TI Reference Designs Library I do not find a reference design with this specific unit, but if you are ok using a different unit, then you should be able to find a fitting design for your requirements.
