Currently my customer is using LM5069+external MOSFET circuit, input connected filter inductor.
When there is short to GND at output, LM5069 will control the MOSFET to switch off. The VDS of MOS will have a high Drain voltage because of the Inductor, which will have the VDS to exceed 70V.
Is there advises to improve the circuit? Thanks!
