BQ27Z561-R2: Puls Pin impedance to ground when Puls output voltage is low

The customer found that the PULS pin driving capability of this IC varies. They want to test the pull-down resistance of this pin when sending the 0x0046 command.

Could you provide the testing method?

Hello Fabio,

I am not sure what is trying to be achieved here, but the PULS pin is not intended to drive circuity, rather it is intended to generate a signal.

The customer is using Plus pin to disable the protector.

When plus is configurated as low, the VDD1 voltage will decrease and the first protector will not work.

But in some occasions, the VDD voltage is a little larger than the threshold.

So could you help to communicate with our system engineer and tell me the sink capacity of PULS pin? Several mA?

By the way, could you help to revised this thread to internal?
