To calculate the loop stability, you can use our quickstart calculation tool:

If you want to measure a bode plot on a physical device, you would need additional equipment, like a network analyzer (e.g. Bode 100)
If this hardware is not available, you can also perform a load transient measurement and monitor the output voltage.
