UCC27712-Q1: HI and LI controlled by one signal

Due to lack of IO source in MCU, customer need to combine HI and LI control by one signal with deadtime, if UCC27712 can support this function?

If not, can you recommend a suitable solution?

Thanks for sharing.

UCC27712-Q1 VDD range is 10V-20V, but KL30 is 9-16V supply, so from Vin range perspective, UCC27211A-Q1 is better, what is your opinion?

And I need to double check with you: is 27211A capable to use single PWM to control dual input as the solution in the link?

Hello Daniel,

UCC27211A-Q1 does not have an internal deadtime function so the dead time circuit in this link will need to be used.

Which part do you think is the best solution according to below requirement:

1. VDD range: 9-16V

2. Single PWM control.

Hello Daniel,

If -Q1 auto grade is needed we do not have a part with a single input and 9-16V VDD range.

I suggest UCC27211A-Q1 and the circuit in this link.
