Hello TI Team,

We are working on the High voltage to Low voltage converter & there we are referring Phase Shifted Full Bridge topology. We are planning to use the UCC28951 ASIC for the DC DC converter & referring to UCC28950/UCC28951 600-W, Phase-Shifted,

We are designing the DC to DC converter with the 300-400KHz frequency range using GaN so wanted to evaluate whether UCC28950/ UCC28951 can support for 300-400KHz range? If yes, then want changes we have to take care in design?

Hi viren,

UCC28950 supports max 1000KHZ(1MHZ),definitly you can use UCC28950 for your application.

since you are planning to use GaN. i suggest you to go for digital controller C2000 family

You can use the UCC28950 or the C2000 controllers from TI for your application.
