Hi,
In the formula, Vov(F) value is used for OVP.
But in the explanations it is stated that it will be triggered if Vov(R) value is exceeded. Should Vov(R) = 1.2 or Vov(F) = 1.1 be used when calculating?

Hi!
In case of Overvoltage fault. The fault will trigger when Vov(Rising) is crossed and the device will come out of fault when the voltage drops below Vov(Falling).
You can also use design calculator for calculations. It is excel based. www.ti.com/.../TPS25948-CALC
