LMG1025-Q1EVM: Net-Tie

Hello,

Looking at the PCB files, there is a net tie on the top layer here between U1 and the transistor.

Do they wish to cut the net tie between the grounds? There looks to be another net tie in an internal PCB layer directly below the top layer net tie but it is not clear if it is connected on the PCB layout. If they cut the top net tie and the grounds are still connected then the internal net tie is connected.
