Hi Rangel,

We only offer the TPS3422 in the USON (1.45mm x 1.00mm) package. The most similar IC in a larger package (DDF, SOT23 8-pin, 2.9mm x 1.6mm) would be the, TPS3435CAKAGDDFR that can act as a 6.4s push-button with a 200ms reset pulse.

Could you help me understand why you would like to design with a larger package IC? Is this for thermal concerns?
