WEBENCH-CIRCUIT-DESIGNER: Using TI Simulation Source in Builds/What Building Applications does TI Allow Users to Use for Builds Outside of webench.ti.com?

I am new to life here. I see ltSpice is available from analog.com. Does TI.com have a similar application for their model of components?

I found webench.ti.com and although informative, I was thinking of something a bit different while learning webench.
