LM25149: switching mosfet over heating

Hello,

we have a problem with LM25149 mosfet design - we are using a 24 V input voltage and we are currently outputting 5.3 V. For load we are using 3x parallel resistor with values 1.5 ohms. At the current test setup, we are drawing from the circuit only 2.5 A, and mosfets CSD17577Q5A is heating up to 120 - 130 degrees. If we reduce the input voltage to 14 V we are able to draw 4 A from a circuit and also mosfets reach max 95 degrees.
