Hi team,
Is it possible to use the IC's operating power supply and the controlling power supply separately as shown in the attached diagram?

Hi Kobaya,
We cannot do this.
What are the features that you are looking for?

Hi Sheven,
The function I want is a high-side driver.
I want to control 0.6 to 4V, but since the load may be shorted, I am looking for a high-side driver with an external FET rather than a load switch.
Hi Kobayashi,
I don't think we have a solution that can be driven to as low as 0.6V. Our high side switches do not have an external supply driving capability as you showed in the diagram.

Hi Shiven,
Looking at the block diagram, it looks like the gate voltage should be generated based on the SRC standard, but does VS and SRC need to be the same voltage?
Hi Kobayashi,
VCAP is driven with respect to VS and GATE is driven with respect to SRC. GATE follows whatever the VCAP voltage is. Hence VS and SRC should be same voltage
