Refer to link below, it looks like I have the same issue.
From the link it's look like TI has contact directed to customer and solved it, right?
Do you have any suggestion if we should power the U2 with VB0 instead of VI1?

    Hello Sumate,

    Can you please mention your system requirements like Vin,Inominal,Cout etc.

    If possible please fill in the design calculator present in TPS2662 section on ti.com

    Thanks for the input.

    I can't see the TPS2662 schematic that you have attached. It's very blurry. Can you please send me again.

    What's the inrush current in your case?

    Is device failing to start-up, then it could be going into thermal shut-down while doing start-up?

    You can increase the dVdT cap.

    Hi Amrit

    Apologize for I have jumped to the question by not explain any thing.
    1. I have attached my schematic.
    2. We are using TPS26624 to get 12V battery power supply.
    3. Output is 12V part but this part didn't install yet and LDO 12 to 5V.
    4. Currently only use LDO to supplied into LED circuit only.
    5. The VI1 is e-fuse output and it's 0V at start up until I have remove the LED circuit out.
    6. After have VI1 = 12V then it's always 12V even I have mount the LED circuit back.
    7. I have work around by increase the dVdT cap until 10uF which still not work.
    8. I just think that in rush current should not be very high from LDO, what do you think?
    Let me know which suggestion then I will try to do more tomorrow.

    Hello Sumate,

    SHDN pin is connected to VCC which is connected to LDO output. So, unless LDO turns on VCC will be zero.

    Can you remove R3 and check?

    SHDN has internal pull up so it's okay to leave it floating.

    Let me know the result after removing R3.
