I understand that abnormal oscillation of the output voltage is included in the failure mode "SW output not in specification - voltage or timing" in page 4.https://www.ti.com/lit/fs/sluaa53/sluaa53.pdf
I understand that the above failure mode means that the oscillation frequency may be outside the specifications, but could you please tell me to what extent the frequency may shift?
