can PMP7413 reference design can be used for
i) voltage input range of 80VDC to 160VDC
ii) Output 5V @ 12A
is it fine if i modify design to run in the input voltage range from 80VDC to 160VDC
for output of 5V@12A,
request to please share your views at your earliest convenience for same

It looks you need a new transformer. The transformer turns ratio cannot work based on the below analysis.
Dmax is estimated as 0.63 based on the schematics. At min 220Vin, to get Vout = 5V, it is likely the Nps = 18 to 20.
Your design min Vin = 80V, the original design can only make Vo = 2.76V with Dmax = 0.63, and Nps = 18.
Even if increase Dmax = 0.81 (likely a possible practical Dmax), Vout = 3.60V from Nps = 18.
It looks your design needs Nps < 10, even with Dmax = 0.8 to get adequate Vo = 5V from transformer winding 6.40V considering possible voltage drop due to losses.
So you need to have a new transformer with Nps < 10, and other associated adjustment from this PMP7413 to meet your design specs.
