I recently downloaded failure rate information for LM2831YMFXNOPB.

As there are limited devices on lifetest, the failure rate is estimated as 6.4FIT. 

Do you have any additional data - e.g. lifetest or field data - that could further support a lower FIT rate?

THis would really help our models.
