BQ25731: Can BQ25731 support supercapacitor backup function?

Hi Team,

I have a function requirment for supercapacitor Backup(Power input is 12V,Device supply is also 12V,Supercapacitor is 5.5V),I want to know whether  BQ25731 can support below function:

1.When input 12V power is supplied, VSYS supplies power to the device (the voltage is also 12V) and depressurizes the 5.5V supercapacitor

2. In the absence of an input source, supercapacitor supply to VSYS through boost circuit(boost voltage ranges from 7V-12V)

Please help to check whether BQ25731 can support this function,if ok,How to configure the registers ?
