I tried 2 approaches: 1) Downloading the TI Spice model and using LTSPICE; or 2) Downloading PSPICE to TI and using the TI part in the library. Neither approach worked. The Spice model looks like some kind ot binary files, it does not look like a text Spice model. And REF6250 was not in the PSPICE-TI library. So I am stalled in simulating this part.
Hi Eugene,
The file looks to be encrypted and not contain all file contents, allow me to reach out to the backend team to see if they have any inputs on how to get this simulation operational.
Thanks,
Joshua
