Hello TI Team,

What is the difference between the I_OFF (Shut down current from V_IN) and I_SD (PWM off current from V_IN) mentioned in electrical characteristics? Since, both test conditions are same, what needs to be done to achieve shut down current for this device?

Hi, Abishekh

For shut down mode, it means that device is turned off.

For PWM off mode, the device digital core is active but no output.

Hi Zhiqian,

So, if I need to opt for shut down mode, how can it be done if PWM off mode condition is also mentioned to have V_EN/PWM = 0V?

Hi, Abishekh

It is mentioned in the datasheet, if EN pin is pulled down for at least 57ms. Then it will disable the device to enter the shunt down mode.
