TPS54140: The Input Voltage pin is damaged，please check my schematic

Part Number: TPS54140

Tool/software:

VIN：24V VOUT：5V  IVOUT：0.23A

Remove the back-end circuit of the chip without short circuit; The PH pin /COM pin /BOOT pin of the removed chip shorts out the Thermal Pad.please check my schematic,is there anything wrong？
