The datasheet of LM25088 does not indicate the power dissipation.

Can you explain how to check the power dissipation of LM25088?

    Hi Grady,

    You can attach current meters in series with input and output to measure input current and output current. Also attach DMM's to measure input voltage and output voltage. Power dissipation would then be found by taking VIN x IIN - VOUT x POUT.

    You can also use webench to estimate power dissipation.
