Thank you for your answer.
Today, I tested using an input voltage of 12V/10A and HV side connecting with R = 200 Kilo-ohms. However, the output voltage on the HV side was only around 24-25V. Is there anything problem? Thank you.
Best Regards

Hi Surabadin,
Please check the jumper settings following https://e2e.ti.com/support/power-management-group/power-management/f/power-management-forum/1342854/lm5170-q1-question-about-lm5170-q1-evm/5115675?tisearch=e2e-sitesearch&keymatch=lm5170%252520jumper#5115675
The only difference is buck mode and boost mode.

Hi Surabadin,
Please share some waveforms like input voltage, output voltage, inductor current to know the status.
