Hi,

We need to search the auto grade voltage reference REF5025, and our current part# is REF5025AIDGKR, and the auto grade part# is REF5025AQDRQ1,

REF5025AIDGKR is VSSOP package 3.00 mm × 3.00 mmREF5025AQDRQ1 package is SOIC 4.90 mm × 3.90 mm,

we need to modify the design for the different packaging if we change from REF5025AIDGKR to REF5025AQDRQ1;

So pleae advise if there is VSSOP package promotion, thanks.

Hi Zhang,

There are no plans to release the REF5025A-Q1 in VSSOP package, the SOIC package will be the only one available.

Hi Isa,

Please advise if there are any other Automotive Grade reference voltage which P2P with REF5025AIDGKR(VSSOP package),

it is difficult to modify the design because it use in our mass product design, thanks.

We have REF34-Q1 in DGK package. However it is not P2P with REF50.

Can you please comment on the existing solution from competition ?

Hi Trailokya,

Customer don't accept the no P2P replacement, so we will suggest customer to still use the industrial grade, thanks.
