I have a problem with the slew rate of the output voltage. Sometimes the slew rate is correct - around 100 ms, and sometimes it is only around 500 us. I attached some waveforms of situations described:
Conditions:
V(in) = 45 V
Cdvdt = 100 nF
Cout = 40 uF
Waveform description:
Yello - V(out)
Green - SHDN pin
Blue - I(out)
500 us slew rate:
100 ms slew rate:
One clue I have is that the fast slew rate happens when the capacitors at the output have not completely discharged after switching the IC off and there is still around 10-15 V at the OUT pin. But datasheet does not mention any relations of voltage at the output to the slew rate or I did not find the correct information.
