Currently, the customer is using (ADI)_LTM4676AEY#PBF (Power module) in the Memory Tester equipment.
I am looking for a replacement for TI.
When searching for TI's cross reference, TPSM846C23MOLR and TPSM8D6C24MOWR are found.
Can you recommend a more suitable part other than the above two parts?
