Hi Team,
I am using two BQ79616 IC's in daisy chain, the communication between MCU and base IC is through level shift circuit using UART.
I am using a configuration for 24 cells in series (3.2V x 24).
In this configuration I am not using any isolation between MCU and BQ chip, in fact battery
In this configuration the level shifter IC damaged two time and base level BQ IC damaged, I am not getting reason why this has happened.
I could not recreate the similar scenario again, need help to identify the issue.
My schematic is as per below reference block diagram.
