Hello,
I have ordered an Eval Board for BQ25750EVM. After setting up the hardware for initial power up, the board is not working. Even in standalone mode. I am not able to connect the hardware even via I2C. We are using USB2ANY for I2C connections.
What can be done further to debug the board??

Thanks for working on this. I have a few questions to help debug this.

Can you describe how the board is not working?

What is your VBAT and VAC voltage on power up?

Do you have the latest firmware for the USB2ANY?

Hello Ethan,
The initial setup of the hardware had VAC as 24V, VBAT as 24.6V. After connecting the setup, I wanted to check the charging status of the battery, but couldn't. The leds weren't glowing? as they were expected to.
With default battery configuration and charging current configuration. (7S and 10A)
I am using the following GUI.

With BatteryManagementStudio-1.3.127

Thanks for the new information.

For these tests, can you remove the jumper on JP13? This will keep the charger from charging.

Can you then measure the voltage on VAC, VSYS, and VBAT with the VAC and BAT plugged in?
