The max Tj for HD3SS3220 is 115C.

Could you please clarify the below also?

In datasheet, it is mentioned the current is 0.9mA (max).

Whether this current taken by VCC33 or VDD5 rail?. Also please share the current of each rail?

Hi Prabu,

VDD5 is the power rail for the CC controller, VCC33 is the power rail for the MUX.

Icc (0.2mA) is the current of VDD5. Iactive - Icc (0.5mA typ) is the current of VCC33.
