If you only need the Bias voltage, will you consider the TPS65132 which is a pure LCD Bias driver?

Can you please check and verify if +5V and -5V are biased voltages that are required? If yes, then please do suggest if we can go with this IC LM3631 for the time being?

Do you mean you will use this IC as backlight driver, but also want to understand whether can it also be used to supply the bias voltage to the LCD module?

But I didn't see the spec requirements of VSP and VSN. Could you please check with your LCD vendor for the VSP and VSN voltage and load current?

Please check pin number 2 and 4. It require +5.8V and -5.8V. Aren't these biased voltages? if not can you please guide which IC can help provide these?

As far as backlight is concerned, we are using a separate IC for that. In our case, we have two displays whose backlight is being driven by other backlight drive. LM3631 is only used for +5.8V and -5.8V. Can you suggest if its okay?

Hi Hafiz,

If you only need bias voltage driver, you can refer to TPS65132 which has only two output rails of AVDD and AVEE.
